We booked the inspection before the vessel was even confirmed and it paid off. The buyer's forwarder had every document they needed and the container was released the same week it landed in Hamburg. Do not wait for the booking to be confirmed before you start on the paperwork.

Great harvest this year but we could not dry it fast enough to hold the grade. Split and dried on raised platforms held up much better than the concrete floor batches. Investing in more platforms before next season.

I'd been chasing this buyer in Germany for almost two weeks with no reply. Sent them my Verified Supply Report link instead of another email, and they paid the deposit within two days. They didn't even ask for a call first. First time that's happened for me, usually it takes a lot more back and forth before anyone trusts a new supplier.
